How long does an installation take?
A split system typically takes 2 to 4 hours. Ducted installations vary depending on the size of the home but are usually completed within 1 to 2 days. We'll give you a clear timeframe when we quote.
What brands do you install?
We work with leading brands suited to Queensland's climate. We'll recommend the right brand and model for your home during the quote - we don't push one brand over another, we match the system to your needs.
Is your pricing fixed or does it change on the day?
Your quote is your price. We don't add hidden extras on installation day. If something unexpected comes up, we'll talk to you about it before doing anything that changes the cost.
What is the free annual service?
Every new installation includes a free annual service in the first year. We come back, clean the filters, check the refrigerant, and make sure everything is running at peak efficiency - at no extra cost to you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold all required Queensland electrical and refrigeration licences including an ARCtick licence for handling refrigerants. Fully insured for residential and commercial work.
